DA approved. Start building with your CC in hand.
"Our DA was approved but our original certifier couldn't issue the CC for three weeks. Every day of delay was costing us in holding costs and subcontractor rescheduling. No1 Building Services assessed our documentation in 48 hours and issued the CC in 8 business days, getting our project back on schedule."
A Construction Certificate (CC) is the mandatory approval confirming that your detailed construction drawings and specifications comply with the National Construction Code (NCC), Building Code of Australia (BCA), and the conditions of your Development Consent. No commercial construction work can legally commence without a valid CC.
- Required after DA approval, before any construction begins
- Confirms structural, fire safety, accessibility, and energy compliance
- Issued by your appointed Principal Certifier
- Lodged and managed via the NSW Planning Portal
